Welcome to Joy’s Centre Corporation (JCC), established in 1997 with a heartfelt mission: to support orphaned and vulnerable children in Uganda. Starting with just 69 orphaned children, JCC has grown into a dynamic organization committed to enhancing the lives of children and local communities through education, health, skills training, and emotional support.

We Provide quality education to underprivileged children who face financial and social barriers to learning. Through scholarships, school supplies, and mentorship programs, we ensure that every child, regardless of their background, has the opportunity to succeed.

Through health camps, preventive care programs, and a school sickbay, we provide treatment, health education, and awareness on key issues such as maternal health, disease prevention, and hygiene. Our goal is to ensure that vulnerable children and families receive quality healthcare, reducing preventable illnesses and promoting overall well-being.

We focus on equipping individual members of the community with the skills, resources, and opportunities needed to improve their livelihoods and overall well-being. Through education, vocational training, healthcare, and entrepreneurship programs, we help communities break the cycle of poverty and become self-sufficient.
We believe that every child deserves access to quality education, regardless of their background.
However, many children in Uganda face immense challenges poverty, lack of resources, and limited access to schools hindering their ability to learn and thrive.
You can help change their future! By supporting their education, you create opportunities that empower them for a better life.
Share your skills by teaching, mentoring, or supporting school activities in Uganda.
Cover school fees, provide scholastic materials, and ensure a child stays in school.
Give the gift of education by providing essential scholastic materials to a child in need. Your support helps buy items like books, pens, pencils, exercise books, and school bags
We introduce students to sustainable farming practices, equipping them with practical skills in crop cultivation, animal husbandry, and environmental conservation. By engaging students in hands-on farming activities, we encourage responsibility, teamwork, and a deeper understanding of sustainable food production, benefiting both the school and the wider community.
We educate children on gender roles, rights, and the importance of equal opportunities for both boys and girls. Through workshops and mentorship, we empower girls to pursue education confidently and encourage boys to become allies in gender equality. By fostering a culture of respect and empowerment, we help build a more just and inclusive society.
Promoting eco-friendly practices within the school and the surrounding community. These initiatives include tree planting, waste management, recycling programs, and clean energy solutions to create a greener and healthier environment.
provide support to girls by providing access to sanitary products, proper hygiene facilities, and education on menstrual health.
Many girls in Uganda miss school due to a lack of menstrual supplies and stigma surrounding menstruation. We empower girls to focus on their education and build confidence for a brighter future.
we seek to ensure children receive immediate medical care, reducing absenteeism caused by illness.
The sickbay will also serve the surrounding community, offering basic healthcare and first aid to those in need. This initiative will create a healthier learning environment and improve community well-being.
